What are the must have mods for ETS2?

It heavily depends on your preferences.

I like different seasons, so I use Grimes' mods. grimesmods.wordpress.com

And some more trucks (thirteen are not enough... ;) ): Madster's MANs, RJL's Scania T and Racing's mod to create the XP and NP from SCS' Iveco HiWay.

Last but not least some fog lights with the truck brands on them (or neutral Hella; unfortunately right now there is no way to use fog lights seperately, but these are looking nice and switch on with high beam).

It's not that much, but for now it's enough for me...

ProMods is nice but can really reduce FPS, at least for me.

Use the no damage mod ASAP! Your truck will thank you when you drive it at 115 mph with no trailer and no truck speed limiter.
