Volvo Trucks lover achievement

Finally happened to pop by in Goteborg with a delivery of Volvo trucks available. Yay, time to tick off that easy achievement.

Delivered trucks to the Volvo dealer in Limoges, undamaged, all dandy ... aaaand - didn't get the achievement.

Deliver Volvo Trucks - check
from the Volvo Factory - check
to a Volvo dealer - check

Still, nope.

Any ideas? No mods of any kind for this profile and on this PC for what it is worth. I got the Scania achievement alright a long time ago, probably before France came out, and can't even remember what I did right back then that I didn't do right now. I mean I have an idea, but it's almost too stupid to put it out...

*My best guess* after a bit of fruitless searching is that there may be a table of valid delivery locations for the trucks in the code, and when SCS added France they didn't update the table, and Limoges was not part of the base game version of France, so the Limoges dealer is not a valid Volvo dealer for the purposes of this achievement.

That very well could be the issue... Things like that have happened in the past when new map DLCs were added. You may want to check on the SCS forums and if nothing is mentioned there, post it as a possible bug.

Same issue for me. Delivered trucks 2 times already, still didnt get the achiev. What a crap.

Don't have jiz zycat or any other trailer mods activated. Search for quick jobs, wait until short one's appear
I did Gothenburg-->Gothenburg for example. Don't go all the way to France.

I think the best solution is to start with new profile and just focus on that specific achievement. After you unlock it, you can go back to your main profile and countinue with it.

Scania Trucks Lover
No mods installed and a delivery from Södertälje to Tallinn does not let pop out the achievement.
I did it three times in sum and two times in a row to Tallinn, because i've heard, that these jobs should have been driven perfect, not reckless. No success until now.

I think those achivements only work with the old map stuff
I got both lover achivements...scania was to Manchester and Volvo to London.

If that is the issue, here a short memo of added dealers with France, Italy and Baltics:

Scania - Brest, Firenze, Tallinn and Lahti;
Volvo - Limoges, Napoli, Vilnius and Turku.

I got both me too when I had just base game, Going East and Scandinavia.

yea you got to think back when Scandinavia was introduced, when there was only three dealers for each.

This works for me, don't try this achievement in France. Weird bug

The achievement can be completed. You need to deliver to base game, Going East DLC or Scandinavia DLC areas.

That's not what the achievement says though, SCS should be made aware it's broken and make it so that the achievement works as intended.

It's been reported as a bug on the official forums.
Hopefully they'll either update the description or how it works soon.
