like sweedn or englad

i open the map but nothing in sweedn show me even garge

In case this is NOT a troll: You need DLC for Sweden.

Generally you get to the UK by ferry, but there is also a train that can haul you under the English Channel.

If you have the Scandinavian DLC you also typically get to Sweden by ferry, but you can also go a roundabout way on a bridge from Denmark.

I originally got an ETS2 package that included Going East and Scandinavian DLC's along with some others. I bought France DLC later.

Norway has some interesting places. But you should probably have some garages, trucks, and hired drivers bringing in some cash before you roam without a load. You do get a little XP for free roaming:

England and Sweden are not cities, they are countries.

If you want to drive around without a job, just click "Drive" (the big green button).

You can only get jobs on the freight market from cities to which you have already delivered.

You can also teleport/cheat. Find tutorial for Developers Console; with it you can fly anywhere on the map, and relocate your truck with or without a trailer.
