Map Packs? And Road Rage (SOLVED?)

sorry for the mystery title did not know what else to call it because i touch on both

Map Packs:
Plain and simply... is there any *New* mod Map Packs for ETS 2 (or are the old ones updated to 1.28 yet) - im talking about TSM and PROMODS etc (or are they *Usable for this current up to date version without re downloading*)

Road Rage:
Or more to the point *AI Traffic Road Rage* - So this happens more often than i would like... a car/truck etc decides to over take... then swings out in front of you causing YOU to crash... the crash is NOT yopur fault but you still get fined for it anyway... AI IS BROKEN!!! QQ lol

the road rage part is annoying me heavily now... a few times... they can scrape past ME without any damage at all... barely considered a *feather touch* and i will be HEAVILY fined for it.... other times... they are like solid and immovable rocks and will just *hammer me* into submission (completly total my tuck) and when this happens you can forget about completing the job because you wont be paid a CENT!

And yes AI is borked... I once came across a jack-knifed truck on the motorway.... he couldnt untangle himself, so I had to reload the game.... my tip.... set up quick save to any easy to reach button/key and use it a lot.... that way when this s#$t happens you can just reload to a recent save

Well who knows if its top complex... you can always turn fines off if it really annoys you so much... my pet hate is the way AI cannot merge after exiting a toll booth.... thats totally broken

meh concerning Promods... the only files i have (1.28 version from promods stie themselves... the 5 links = roadconnections... map, def, model, model 2 and i have put these in order of sequence as shown in the screeshot... but i am missing the other mods (only rus map + road connections were in the files - is this the issue?)

does not work means *ETS2 has stopped working... looking for a solution* etc

hmmm... maybe i should get it from somewhere else? (i followed the link and did not need to sign in... i scrolled down to version (ETS 2) 1.28 downloaded the 5 links... and the only files i have received and those 5 listed above + the read mes and the screenies

Road rage ... you're definitely not the only one getting road rages, unfortunately. I was like 200 metres from my drop off point when a car lost its patience in a roundabout and hit the back of my trailer. Fortunately no damage to my truck and trailer.
Seriously though, it gets very annoying when you are the one getting a crash ticket for some dumb AI vehicle hitting you.

Somewhat related: Promods 2.20 is out. I wouldn't try the free download servers for a while, though.

yeh i got the promods 2.20 or (2.22) for the $1 download from the site... loded all in order... now it keeps crashing (new game)

nope your right 2.2... but yeh crashes all the time on new game... but i can load an old profile with the mods no issue, i think this can now be seen as solved (for now)

If you are using mods, you can edit police data. I set fines to realistic values (and independent of level) and disable car crash offence (set probability to 0). Because I very rarely have accidents, and of those happening I am almost never to blame. And even if I am, it's usually something really little or even false register because crash box in-game is slightly larger than physical dimentions of vehicles.
