I have had no issues with the device. Installation on the shifter when smoothly. The device was recognized by ETS2 & ATS without issue. The buttons work well and have had no issues with operation. The knob is comfortable to use and the the reach to the switches is comfortable. Overall, it adds to the enjoyment of the game.
The main issue I see regualrly is how long it takes to get one. I guess I was lucky when I ordered mine. I ordered it mid-May 2016 and received it the first week of July 2016, which is just under two months. Others have reported much longer waits and the company is not responsive to customers bugging them about shipping. The other issue with customer support is that CSIO decided to use Facebook messaging as the only means of communication. So, if you don't use Facebook (like me), you are stuck creating an account to talk to them. But, based on what I have seen, users that do get in touch with them generally report positive outcomes.
I plan to get the CSIO SKRS without the EasyJake option and see how I like it. My G29 setup with shifter is due to arrive next week, so I hope to get my SKRS ordered up after that. If I decide I really want the EasyJake, it can be ordered separately for $35, so there's no risk in getting the knob without it to start.
The last, and most expensive piece of kit will be a A.S.P. Heavy Hauler button box. It looks amazing, but at over $250, it's roughly the same cost as my G29, and will be well into next year before I can justify spending the $$.
if you in the eu order from almar.. if you in the us.. well good luck :)
