Difference between having wheels up and down?
so my truck is 8x8, i have 6 tires behind. i can lift up and down 1 set of wheels. what difference does it make. PS: my trucks on my profile if ur unsure of what i mean, but not the set of wheels :3

When you lift them up = less rolling drag, so less wear on the tyres and slightly more maneuverability. You can do that for lighter loads, but for heavy hauls, you'd want those wheels on the ground for more stability and load baring capacity.
