What do you mean? Install the mod or once mod is installed, intall it on a truck?

If it's installing it on truck, you first need to put fairing, then you should be able to add those...
With "Mighty Griffin" DLC you also can put some vertical pipes on the back of Scania trucks cabin

Stack pipes are usually found in truck mods; IE. RJL's Scania, Ohaha's Volvo's etc.

Or just buy the mighty griffin DLC, mods are free though and the mighty griffin DLC only adds stack pipes for the Scania (the ones seen in the image I linked are the stacks from that DLC) so the only other way to get them is through truck mods for DAF, MAN, Merc etc. that actually add them.

I downloaded a scania tuning pack and it show pipes in new improwements but in maintenance i
dont know where to put those cause it didn`t show them anywhere

It was some JRL mod

If it's RJL's mod (assuming you mixed the letter up) stacks are most definitely in that mod, ye find the round the back of the cab. Not sure what node it is but it's around where the plate goes over the chassis to cover the fuel tanks etc.

The upright pipes are also available in the tandem truck mod -selecting the tandem chassis allows you to put exhausts vericaly each side of the cab 13 in this pack. Although all you can pick up is tandem trailers, no heavy cargo etc.
