10% is a sure thing ?
On top of that, if the player is free to do Delivery town > Delivery town > Delivery town, the drivers are limited to do Home town > Delivery town then Delivery town > Home Town. It drastically diminishes their available jobs.
I made my own economy mod using ETS2 studio as vanilla one was too easy to progress.
Doesnt make game harder, just takes longer to expand, upgrade etc
Nothing to look at, it is part of the coding, there is a chane they will not be able to find a job and return empty. The more skills and higher level they are the less chance this will happen but still has a chance to happen when they are maxed out.
It saves precious CPU time?! It would be nice, if this game would use more than one CPU core, but it don't :(
Say, Our base in UK travels all over it from one company to another. And in another country say France we have a contract for another company for 5 of our hired drivers there.
But the breakdown % of the hired trucks could be added to offset some ££ gain.
Not really. As in r/l you have to have training for particular cargoes esp the hazardous, abnormal etc.
The better trained the driver is, the more loads are available.
