If the slider is at the left it means "No NonLinearity", which means the steering wheel moves at exactly the same rate (sensitivity settings regardless) as the controller.
With the silder all the way to the right "Full NonLinearity", it means the steering wheel will move "a little bit" when you move the controller slowly and move " a lot" when you move the controller faster.
Linear means 1:1
NonLinear can mean 1.5:1 or 1:1.5 and in ETS2 case, the non-linear conputation is algorithmic.
This setting is especially good for those who use a mouse to steer the truck.
