I had an issue with ATS not recognizing the G29 when using the Input Wizard, but ETS2 did not have the same problem.
In any case, I has used the LGS to configure the buttons so I wasn't using the Input Wizard.
You might try 'deleting' the controls.sii file by renaming it something like controls.bak. The game will rebuild this file (if not, rename the controls.bak to controls.sii). This may allow the Input Wizard to reset. Like I said, I used the LGS to config my buttons.
controls.sii file is located in your PC's Documents folder:
C:\Users\(your user name)\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles\53696D706C652E2E2E
Note, if you created more than one profile, you will see multiple folders with unrecognizable names in the profiles folder. There will be a separate controls.sii file for each profile.
I ended up re-installing the driving games that used wheel and then they saw the wheel.
Might give that a try.
OMG OVER 2 YEARS THIS WAS THE SOLUTION!?!? Thanks for the help me friend
A statement, not a question, on a necro'd thread that is 4 years old.
Care to elaborate? Or just leave us guessing?
