High Power Cargo Pack

I have this DLC and Steam shows it as being installed but these cargos are never offered when I look for jobs. How do I make them show up?

Some of them are a bit rare and do not come up very often. For example, I see the helicopter and gas pipeline parts (big tube) quite frequently, but I hardly ever see the yachts or air conditioners.

You can check if they are available by selecting About on the bottom of your game screen and select trailers. There you will find a drop down menu listing all trailers in the game. Select the low bed trailer, if the helicopter and the yacht are both there then they are available in the game.

Also, you need a certain skill level to haul these loads and as ~{DCMT}~ Ryu says, they are a bit rare.

You need to be a higher lvl in order for them to show up.

Suspect u may need a higher fragile cargo rating for the helo and the yacht too.

Not necessarily a skill "level" issue, so much as a skill "open" issue. As long as you have one point each in Fragile and High Value, those job types will be available, and once you've got two points in Just-In-Time skill then both Important and Urgent jobs will be available. All of the jobs in this DLC are some combination of these skills, so if you're missing one, you won't see those jobs.

Having more points in these skills only increases the bonus for completing the jobs requiring them, it doesn't make any other jobs available. :)

OK, that makes sense.

I’m on level 21.
Skill points are set like this:
ADR, Long distance and Eco = 5.
Just in time = 3.
High Value and Fragile = 0

I was maxing them out one after the other but now I think I will put the next two:
High Value =1
Fragile = 1
