Which truck has the highest top speed`?

I bought the strongest volvo truck with 750 hp, but i wanted the truck with the fastest top speed. But this truck is even worse than my first one which has a top speed of 123,KM/h while the strongest has a top speed of 113 KM/h.

So aside from the strongest, which is the fastest?

I remember running my MAN TGX on the Autobahn with the V8 engine, got 150-160 KMH on it.

I can get the Volvo with the best engine up to 160KMH as well. Mind you, stopping is a bit of an issue.

Damn, guys, why the hеll you urge such a speed in a trucking game? If you want to drive fast, go play NFS.

By the way, IRL all the trucks in Europe have the same maximum speed of 90 km/h.

Once you disable the limiter and drive over 90km/h it's hard to go back. 90km/h is only 55mph which isn't that fast. Highway speeds are typically 70mph or so which is 112km/h which is what most of the AI traffic is doing so I'm just going with the flow of the traffic.

If I'm not wrong (I hope I'm not) it depends on the gearbox too. I use the Allison gearbox

how do you change the gearbox? Or is that the retarder thingy? Cause the ratios on it makes no sense to me.

I got my Volvo to go 165km/h with a 15t load. Not a good thing when you hit a roundabout and run through it. My truck bounced all over the place, but I somehow manage to keep from flipping over.

As for why? If these extra long trips (2,000km and more) wouldn't take forever to finish, then I wouldn't have to go so fast. I think they need to scale these trios much better. Over an hour a trip is insanely too long. I remember my 500k trip taking 40 minutes. And that was too long. or at least a decent max for 2,000km.

Yep. Hence why i need the best top speed truck.

And for roundabouts and toll stations, i just use a good time to slow down than the last sec lol

How do you have such a low speed, OP? Maybe you have it in mph? 420hp New Actros can get to 130-140 kmh with some effort and 150+ should be ez pz for 750hp FH16.

I set the stopping sensitive to maximum, also the cargo aswell.
