Preorders are clearly down on their estimations for them to do a second beta, and rightly so. I have the money sitting in my Steam Wallet and until I see a better build versus the previous beta, as well as a better launch than Worlds, it will continue to sit there.

Performance was only good (for me) in the last beta because of DLSS and Frame Gen, yet the flip side of using this tech is the visual downgrade. Generally the downgrade isn't too bad and games like Cyberpunk still look fantastic. Wilds on the other hand at times looked severely low res and I'm hoping for much better with this next beta. We'll see.

Edit - I probably should have read the dev post instead of skimming over it...

- but please be aware that these improvements will not be reflected in the second Open Beta Test.

Old build incoming!!

your card is bad. I was running it 100 fps max settings with a 4080 super. you cant expect 2025 games to run perfectly on old series cards.

Man, if all 2025 games don't run smoothly on older graphics cards, then you're right, but if this is the only game that doesn't, then clearly the problem is with that game, not the graphics card.

When can we expect the beta to open up again?

If I can't get it to run without crashing every 10 minutes on the next beta test & official release then a refund is in order dude!

capcom doesnt do demo because it will lower their sale,
just like dragon dogma, they expecting us to buy and not refund even its run really really bad on everyone computer (some people does that)

there not going to have many sales on this one either. i know this on a 100% fact. especially when only 1/8 of the original beta players were the only ones playing the beta. ppl dont have high hopes for this. its going to be a dead game in 2months maybe 4, i know this cause ive been playin games 40 years and ive been playing this franchise for 18years. The game is not worth 70 its only worth 40 cause its mediocre unfinished. everyone will be on Ice-borne. the move sets they promised us they didn't give us we prefer the ones from the original mhw IB. they said they would give us the move sets and game-play. they lied and did there own spin off. the special move meter is fine but the move sets is not good. Further more we dont want to mount up every time to switch our weapon we want to switch during combat to be more efficient with the dual weapon mechanic. so i refuse to let them lie to us any more. this is mediocre pos and miyazaki needs to own up to it.

It literally says the beta is NOT what it will be on release...neither will the 2nd beta.... It's actually written there and you all still whining? 2025 gaming at its finest....
