I want Nakarkos and Dalamadur, but we all know that class of elder dragons is forbidden. I'm happy enough that we at lease see Dalamadur in World, even if we can't fight him.

I wish we could have the water back. I think if they just revisited water controls it could work, but i understand tri burned them so hard with the complaints.

Maybe with DLC? DLC may add underwater fight back. I think it's perfect for this game, they used all the biomes, make an undersea map with dlc, it would be awesome tbh.

Gammoth would be cool too, but she'll be stuck in just a few areas thanks to how the iceshard cliffs map is designed. She would have been perfect if we just got a tundra instead of a vertical ice map.

As for Lagiacrus, I hope he does come back. I could see the TU updates being the fated 4 (Gammoth unfortunately excluded) along with Zinogre, that's then followed by Lagiacrus.

Oh bro. I HATED the way it controlled in tri but the concept is so very cool.

I wish to the high heavens that the expansion wilds is getting will reintroduce at least underwater biomes.

I really hope they figure out responsive and decent controls for possible underwater battles.

I still think Lagi in the base game.....I expect a last minute trailer and right at the end, you hear the roar of Lagi.

I think Wilds Ultimate will have underwater combat and will be tropical/jungle, the opposite of iceborne.

I remember devs saying in an interview or an article that, in THIS engine, it's difficult to create non-janky, functional movements for a serpent-like monster that has constant contact with the ground. For example, in World, Kulve Taroth looks like it's close to Lagiacrus's physiognomy, but it actually moves on four legs, like other monsters, and the armor/thick skin actually clips into the geometry of the arena. It never fully touches the ground.

So, they COULD find a way to cut corners to bring Lagiacrus, but my guess is they'd rather do it properly. I think having Balaharas in Wilds is a step closer, like they're practicing on smaller monsters.

Whether we get Lagiacrus (and Dalamadur //fingerscrossed) now or in a DLC, or in a new game, I'm happy either way, cause you can tell they're working on making it happen.
