You don't have to sit in a gaming chair. hook your pc to the 55 inch tv, and get a xbox controller, plug controller into pc and play MHWilds on your 55 inch tv. You can get HDMI extender cables if needed same for USB ones for the controller. MHwilds works 100% perfectly with a xbox controller without needing to do any configuration at all. It just works natively.
I run a dual monitor setup and one of them is a 35 inch HDTV, so I can sit on my bed and grab a controller and relax and play.
Not sure if my pc would be able to handle the 4k resolution of my tv. Probably it will go down to 30fps at high presets. But not sure, but yeah I actually play that way mh world. With my tv plugged to my pc and with my ps5 controller
You don't have to play the game at 4k on your TV, you can lower the resolution.
If your TV is capable of 1440p and has an AI upscaler, then setting your computer to 1440p will force an AI upscale to 4k through your TV. Being an OLED, you likely have an AI upscaler.
you could just plug your pc into your tv you know? i use my LG oled big 4k 120hz hdr television as my main monitor because its so much more immersive imo. Setup is a bit weird but doable. Two fold up food tables, one for keyboard other for mouse. Plenty of room and extension cables for all usb's so i can do controller or keyboard. My mouse and keyboard are wireless so its not a massive issue with wires everywhere. I have an ultrawide too but find myself only using it as a second monitor on my desk to my left.
i even use my wireless keyboard and mouse with that as my main setup. Two fold up food tables for the keyboard and one for mouse. I'm an old school console gamer and prefer the big screen over a cramped desk.
