In a character creator (the character you want to make),

Is there really an issue with adding a boob and butt slider? The only way for big butt and boob is to make the character fat.
I have known many females who were thin and had large boobs. It's not anti-human at all.

I tolerated the first game as I thought it had very ugly characters on the female side for the most part. But I thought this game would go further with customization on the whole body in this game. It does well but misses two very important parts on the female body, butt and boobs. I didn't see a height slider either. Maybe I missed these things. I don't know.

But as an adult I will not feel ashamed to want to make an attractive female character. I would also make a very handsome/strong male character if I was making a male character. So no bias on that issue.

I have no hate towards people who like ugly or unattractive females but calling people names because they like big butts and boobs is very insensitive and disingenuous. Doing so, in my opinion, is anti-human as most societies accept there is ugly and beauty in reality.

I understand each culture has its preferences but in free societies, anything is excepted.

People are only name calling because they know this game will sell. Otheriwse, this game would crash too for not adding a full character creator. There are enough people who care about it. That is a fact.

Anyway, throw stones now. Or ban my comment. I am free to state my concerns.

It most likely has to do with armor mapping, basically the devs did not want to make different armor for varying boob and butt sizes.

I think after seeing the slap on designs of world id rather they not do body customization because I don't want what they did to weapons to happen to armour

I hear you. I am still disappointed though. But if you look at certain NPCs they have boobs and a butt. So saying the armor will clip is kind of siding with lazy development but that is my opinion.
Even Indie developers can fix clipping armor in games. Games might be simpler but still. That is just my perspective.

And yes if a game is letting you create a character that reflects who you want to play then it should all be there. There is no legitimate reason for it not to be. None.

I guess if people wanted a photo mode you would be saying that that doesn't need to be there either? Right? Or name calling?

So you can complain that your big naturals are making your armor clip and look distorted? If you want boob, butt, and height sliders, go play BDO or other games like that.

I mean, the problem isn't the individual piece it's scale. Lets assume 30 armor sets, which is less than the number of monster that will probably be in the game. 5 armor pieces, 2 types, 2 genders. 20 per armor set, or 600 in total they need to set up to not clip with body customization. That's not an insignificant amount of work

Don't worry they will make sexy armors for sure. Boobs are getting bigger with armors anyways. This is not an American studio game.

To be fair, MH was never one to have a robust character creator. You're gonna be covered in armor 99% of the time so anything to affect the body is kinda a waste.

They thought it was useless because you need both hands to play.
and the more possibilities you give to players, the more they will try to do something hideous, troll or provocative, very far from the spirit of the game or even a so-called representation.
you already have too many possibilities but fortunately most of time we only see our armor; seeing the same "representation" that we see in these games open to customization would make the hunts ridiculous in multiplayer.

Here are my thoughts on this. There is another thread running for this exact same issue where people are battling over it as if their life depends on it. To me, this is an absolutely insignificant issue. If was paying $70, I would be more worried about the game's performance than a "boob/butt slider" being present. I create my character and the first thing I want to do is hunt some monsters. If there are glaring issues that prevent me from having a proper experience doing that, then I'm extremely concerned.

I suppose it's what everyone prioritizes in their gaming experience. If character creation is at the top of the list for you, then I can understand your concern in not having extremely deep customization. If you're on PC, you have alternatives like having mods which can negate such issues. But if we have bigger issues like the performance being absolutely garbage, like you can see most threads on this board echoing, then what's the use of requesting a boob/butt slider when the game itself isn't properly optimized to be played. Assuming you do want to play the game and hunt monsters.

Monster Hunter World/Iceborne didn't have this feature either but there were still really creative people who made beautiful looking characters.
