beta rewards on character or account

Basically title, i was gonna make a new character when the game releases but dont wanna miss out on the beta goodies. do you guys know if the stuff is gonna be account bound or character bound?

Usually this kinda stuff is account-bound. So it's available to all characters you create. At least that's how this stuff worked in past MH games.
