How to ps5 and pc and vice versa? Crossplay help needed!!!

Not sure if Crossplay is available for the beta, but you could try to join your friends through the lobby ID.

Just have one of you try to join that way, and hope it works.

Make sure everyone has cross play turned on to, but it may not be fully enabled either? Can't say for sure or test it myself, but do make sure cross play with other platforms is on for everyone.

Each players have own ID, so that you or your friend should search through ID and become friends, which makes easier to invite your friend to the same link.

Somehow inviting from my side (PC) caused an error, but my friend could invite me. Even we were on different servers, we could manage doing the same quest together.

One should open a Private Lobby. Under Member List there is the Lobby ID, which you shre with the other players. They can enter the Lobby via "Lobby Search - Search ID" (rough translation from my language sorry)
And when you are all in the same lobby, you can link the party. BUT, to travel arround the same world, you also have to invite them to your environment. You can post field quests (all pretty similar to explorations in old games), while opening the map and picking a monster of your choice - but you cannot post normal quests for some reason. I saw this reported as Bug several times.

Later you will be able to collect Hunter Profiles and If I didnt misunderstood, you can join the same "Guild". Which will make it easier for you to join each other on lobbies.

Ok Thanks. We will try to do this today. But the menu / ui is soooooooooo bad!!!
Weve been busy for 1,5 hour trying to join eachother yesterday but we quit cuz the beta really sux in my opinion.

but just make a private lobby and asked your friend to enter then add him as friend and or link member and thats it
