What can I realistically expect with my current setup?

I am currently in the process of upgrading my PC, but did not manage to snag a 5080 for obvious reasons, so until that happens, what can I possibly expect playing at 1080p with the setup I will have by release date:

AMD Ryzen 9800x3D
RTX 2080ti
32gb RAM
M.2 ssd

That might be quite some while, lol. I needed like 1 year to get my 3080 back in the day, because of scalpers and Nvidia not being able to restock.

Oh yeah, for sure. Just have to wait it out. But now that I upgraded my CPU and storage drive, I can at least play the game. When I tried the beta on my old hdd and i5 8400, my computer almost blew up at the lowest settings.

I can imagine, how your CPU felt with the game. Now we can hope that Nvidia isn't as incompetent as it looks like they are. I see daily reports of other issues with the 50 series, lol. Wish you get one soon!
