Daniel is a drama tuber now tbh XD
He is one of the FEW pro-consumer youtubers there is. Every video he makes, is for us to make the right decisions when it comes to buying hardware, tweaking settings, and having an overall better experience.
Ive been gaming for 30 years, i know how a PC works, but alot of people dont. He is a goldmine for those.
This entire video is the equivalent of "I changed brightness and contrasts = no problems" except you can still see the same issues in both sides of the frame and it addresses none of the problems Daniel talked about.
It's a clickbait video for everyone unless you're using a VA or OLED, which are the minority.
False. I own a Nano-IPS screen, works for those too. VA and IPS are the most common screens around mate, OLED is still crawling.
If you dont know what you are talking about, sit down and seal up.
You must be american...WHAT are you talking about? Im agreeing with the OP, Blunty's video is spot on, and factual, your reply on the other hand is not.
I corrected YOU.
Eh? If someone has a basement grade TN panel every game will look greyed out, so there's no reason to complain.
When you're on about issues on both sides of the frame, are you missing the point of the video, which is explicitly about the brightness/contrast and or incorrectly configured HDR settings?
I guess I'm not the average user because this is stuff I tweak immediately on every game. I want my game to look right.
I think i'd be shocked if there were a stat showing how many "gamers" just fire up a game, plug in the gamepad, start the game, and never open the options section.
They think its a console, its very much NOT...a console.
If something seems wrong like the game being washed out it would stand to reason you'd check the setting though
