My game crashes everytime when I'm undervolting. Is there a fix for that?

unfortunately undervolting might require changes depends on some games. You need to increase volt most likely, if it's not enough the game crashes.

The funny thing is, I have many different games installed on my PC but only Capcom games crash. Maybe the ReEngine just doesn't like it

Sadly Re engine is so bad with open world. I hope this is the last open world game they've done with Re-engine. I understand they are familiar with the engine more so it's more comfortable for them but it's just not it when it comes to open world. It's just technical limitations of the engine. Linear games look and work so good with re-engine though.

Whats your hardware? it all comes down to what the hardware can handle. Also yeah made that experience myself with OC just recently:
