If that's the case, I guess we can pray that Capcom will actually do something about it, since IIRC they didn't really do a whole lot about Dragon's Dogma 2 which apparently still isn't really optimised? If the game does release and is actually stable, then that'd be neat, but let's hope Capcom is able to make it better anyway?
Even if we see mixated, it will slowly get to very positive in a week or so. I doubt it will hurt the sales.
Kinda why I'm expecting low / mixed reviews off the bat and then possibly seeing them rise to mostly positive / very positive in the next week or few?
Games should be released optimised, but I'll take a game releasing in a messy state and then being fixed over the course of a few days / weeks / months until it's in a good state over the game releasing in a messy state and remaining in that state forever anytime?
I just took a look at the hardware surveys and did not expect most people to not run above 3.7Ghz. Like, my ryzen 5 2600x has 3.6 ghz. And while I love that old thing to death it's kind of old now.
It's just on the brink of minimum requirements, that being a 3600. And it hits 100% utilization running the benchmark, while my 3070 gpu sits at a comfortable 30-70% utilization. (More on the lower end of that spectrum btw). It hits 56fps average in the benchmark but it's not pretty and probably not healthy for my cpu.
Anyway- My cpu, which is in the top 15% of hardware survey, can't deal with this game. But my system can deal with KCD2 comfortably without upscaling at 1080p. This game doesn't break 60 even on 1080p because of the insane cpu bottleneck.
It's Dragons Dogma 2 all over again.
I remember playing the original on PS2 back in the day and I knew it was going to blow up.
Ofcourse it sells more than KCD2, that game is almost the same as the first one, i skipped it when i saw a long review, its the same game as the first, basicly.
At the end of the day, Capcom are gonna win with this one, i just hope the game is good, thats really what matters. Are you having fun? Great, all that matters.
How many random nobody did we raised to legend while saving the world before watching them disappear while walking into the sunset?
If you dont wanna go indebt onto it then you shouldnt speak, cause ya gotta take into account that KCD2 is technically a 2018 game. KCD looks just as good as its sequel, And this is not me saying KCD2 sucks or anything. It's just that you cant really compare different itteration between game engine.
I am just surprised KCD2 didnt release on PS4.
Its clear to me that RE used for wilds is quite different then Rise(Switch...). Its also a completely different engione then world ran.
There could be resemblance between DD2';s version of RE
Lmao, your argument against KCD2 sales is that the game is same as first one? Yeah, cuz like Monster Hunter game loop is vastly different in every title lmao.
Here is not same used. Infact, when it comes to gameplay, it is quite changed from world.
The world feels mujch more alive. Small monsters and big monsters properly interacting with each other.
New engine, new monsters. ALot of new mechanics.
But is okay, you wont iunderstand why KCD2 isnt a technical master piece.
And dont compare to dd2 either, cause DD2 has way different static spawns.
So I would say this game does alot more then what KCD did to change theyr game.
Its okay you wont understand, but that's a fact.
MHWilds is more World, true, but its expaned upon greatly, and is just way more engaging, its an action game, those tend to sell better than a rpg sim.
whatever this guy thinks, i dont care, why should i. this is the steam forums, and this community is garbage.
