Add Plesioth to Wilds
Make his Hipcheck a Global hit box that hits the entire map, no matter where you are in the world you're gonna get hit. Long live the HyperSpace Tackle.

He doesn't need to be in Wild, his hipcheck can already reach us all in Wild.

I would be quite happy to not see a single "sioth" in Wilds.

Piscine wyverns are more often a miss than they are a hit. While Plesioth haven't been in a mainline game for a long time, most people don't like piscine wyverns at all. Some might even hate them and see them as a mistake.

I'd say piscine wyverns should just be ditched in favor for leviathans. They do a much better job anyway. You could literally make a fish leviathan and people might actually end up liking it. With a piscine wyvern, most might end up hating it. Plesioth is just a meme monster, that's it.

I mean, Balahara is more or less a leviathan version of Cephadrome, but unlike Cephadrome, people like Balahara. Why? Because it's a fun fight. Cephadrome isn't.

In Rise you had both Almudron and Jyuratodus in the game, and Almudron was literally an upgrade.

Feels wrong to axe piscine wyverns this far into the franchise, especially since they got some more variety in Worldborne with Jyura and especially Beo who I'd say is actually a pretty good mon

Most people don't like piscine wyverns at all? Nosense.

Everyone likes Cephadrome, but it's not famous because it's a low-tier monster. Same issue as Jyuratodus. In combat, though, it was fun and simultaneously frustrating because you couldn’t hit it or get it out of the sand, which made it cool. Then Lavasioth was basically the Plesioth in World.

Of course, if underwater combat returns, as hinted by the underwater area in Wilds, the Piscine Wyverns are bound to make a big comeback as well.

I don't like piscine wyverns, any of them.

Please make "Plesioth hipcheck" an inclement weather condition.
Nownow, lets not learn from World hitboxes like Kirin/Behemoth...

If Piss Me Off returns, I want underwater to return as well. There's no where it can hide from me. I'll chase it to the ends of the earth.
In other news plesioth is in MH4U. Just not as a monster players can actively hunt. That harpoon gun does wonders.

There's so much wrong in this comment that I'm not sure where to begin.

Almost nobody like Cephadrome, because the fight is just cancer. Back when it was still around, it was race if you could kill it before you run out of sonic bombs or not. It's very infamous for this, and that's not only not fun at all, but it's one of the most cancerous fights in the franchise. You use sonic bomb and get it out of the sand, it stays out for about 2 seconds before diving in again. The tier it's in has nothing to do with why it's not popular. Great Jaggi is beloved, and it's a low tier monster. Hell, Chatacabra is quite loved too, and it's very new, but it has fun mechanics and is a great early monster. Yian Kut-Ku is beloved and it's also low tier. The difference between those and Cephadrome is that they were actually fun fights.

Jyuratodus is just a low tier Lavasioth, and is not really any fun tbh. In World you even had Barroth, and it did the whole mud monster much better. Almudron in Rise put it to shame. Lavasioth was kind of just there. It didn't really add anything to the roster if we're being honest. Neat mechanic perhaps with how you had the lava hardening if you use water against it, and would always be better off using a fire weapon. However, if they had the leviathan skeleton working, I can guarantee that they would have added Agnaktor instead.

Piscine wyverns are popular, but for all the wrong reasons. I'm willing to bet that if you asked anyone of their least favorite monster category, it would more often than not be piscine wyverns.

I mean, weren't the least hunted monsters in World Lavasioth and Jyuratodus? That kinda speaks for itself.

Piscines do well when theyre allowed to go fullstop. Plesioth works REALLY well when it has both sleep and water, it makes things much deadlier. With new pack mechanics, cephadrome can work a lot better, especially since it missing it's dives already resulted in paralysis. Imagine that, with hordes of paralyzing babies. Lavasioth, even in World, when it wasnt in the Recess, was actually a rather fun fight. Wanna know WHY Lavasioth sucked ass in World? Thanks to the hard scripting BS World was shoving down everyone's throats to make fights more cinematic, it was stuck in the lava cave area to do it's lava rain. Beotodus, another great example of a good piscine because while it's simple, just allowing it apply snowman or something similar, really brings the fight together.
Jyu is a special case, being horrendously weak in World due to it originally slated for underwater, and then getting a ton of upgrades in Rise, making it a threat. If they just let jyu stay down when staggered, or have the mud coating remove last longer than 10 seconds, I'd say he's in a good.
Piscines are goofy af, but that's part of the MH charm. It's also especially funny when people say theyre useless then get bodied by them.

Their design would be fixed and they would fight like a less fireball lavasioth, it wouldn't be as bad as you think.

People are quick to forget about Siege Monsters. Go fight Low/High Rank Zorah as a Master Rank right now with best in slot stuff and you're pretty much forced into waiting 15 minutes minimum and you cant force him to walk faster.

I personally can think of about 5+ Monsters but ill just name one. Lao Shan Lung.
Lao Shan Lung - You don't know boring until you've hit Lao's balls long enough for you to think Lao Shan Lung isn't boring. For Kicks, Jhen Mohran, Yama Tsujami, Zorah Magdaros, Kulve Taroth -> Safi'jiiva
