Can and do.

Add usual addendum about not screwing with damage mods online.... not that I personally care if anyone wants to do that. I mostly just want bouncy tiddies... and double monster spawns.

lol
Depends on the mod. Mostly yes and you shouldn't get banned if you're using cosmetic stuff or even the artian roll editor seems fine. Stuff that just affects you is safe. Heard some get banned for getting the DLC armour without paying or for getting the unreleased event armours early so probably avoid that. Should be fine so long as you aren't one shotting monsters in multiplayer because for that people would report you.

Just mind the rule of thumb: do not disturb others in any way possible when using mods.
i would stick with aesthetic mods and reshades only for now, and avoid any game breaking mods like 999 decor drops per monster kill and stupid stuff like that.

So i would avoid any mods that touch RNG, mechanics or looting.

That is wise.

I recommend instead to do it case by case. Not every mod is the same, and it is best to understand how the mod works first. Based on that every mod user can make their own decisions with common sense.

And avoid DLC stuff.
