Game keep crashing after the 1st update

I have got a crash report constantly every 1-5 minutes after the 1st update.

- Reinstall driver using DDU
- Delete shader cache files
- Reinstall the whole game

the license failure part is what caught my eye are you family sharing with anyone or do you have multiple steam installations bound to your account if you do theres a limit with denuvo that will lock your game for a certain amount of days 5 i believe
