1st time hearing such a thing. Mods active or ever had mods active that could effect the savegame?
What is the framerate you are running?
Does the issue persists if you cap the global framerate to 60 and run the game in offline mode?
File corruption can always happening. But it is unlikely if you did the game update routine

There are indicators that there is an issue with Zoh Shia battle regarding particles, but those were so far unproven. All we know it that certain moments, such as Zoh Shia's ultimate - when there are many crystals available - or Ud Nudra's agitated flames, might cause issues under certain circumstances.
Unfortunately the information on those are very slim, and I can only suspect certain things, like a relation to framerate, connection and DOF/bloom
Hence the question to test it without those.
That you are on framegen surprises me a little, but we do not know about your hardware specifications. If you like to contribute information I would be interested in your DxDiag report - if there are any indicators towards what might cause it, like AMD CPU e.g. or VC++ issues which are seemingly quite common.
CPU: AMD ryzen 5 5500 6chores 16Go Ram
AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT
But I don't have any crash report on that because unlike the other crash this one doesn't automatically make a report. it just freez the game and pop up that the application doesn't respond.
From that we know it is less likely a game crash and instead an actual device hung event.
Not sure what can be done a lot since it is a common issue with AMD GPUs. So only AMD can fix it with improving their drivers.
Some solution approaches are either increasing the time before the GPU timeouts in the registry, or increasing the overall shader cache for the graphics card.
The full one is the best - it is easier than to explain which parts are not needed.
I recommend using pastebin.com or a filehoster of your choice, such as MEGA, Google Drive, Dropbox or file.io

Hm...
I would assume it may because of the RAM. But then something else comes to mind when seeing the kernelbase issue mentioned in the DxDiag report.
You could consider an inplace repair of Windows. I might recommend that in the future for similar cases.
Before that maybe the DISM repair can help
sfc /scannow
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /AnalyzeComponentStore
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup
chkdsk /f /r
WIN+R
Enter "regedit"
Go to
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers
New > DWORD (32-bit) Value
Value Name TdrLevel
Value Data 10 decimal
Restart PC
it is at least worth a try.
Check their post history.
In contrast I actually know how to read your DXDiag, and you probably using REFramework, since you trying to access game objects.
Your game is crashing alright, this is unrelated to your hardware or drivers, so I would suggest uninstalling the game, deleting the game folder, and performing an actual clean install with no mods.
If you still crashing after that, then make an effort to share your crash dumps (we only need the newest one), not a useless DXDiag.
