People will cheat hard AF in this game, this game has no anticheat whatsoever, so it's a lost cause anyway.
At most they will remove all the clowns who couldn't keep it in their pants and had to do 8s times and such, but there are tons much smarter cheaters who cheat just enough to get a plausible result that passes the cutoff.
This is almost certainly going to spot on.
We as players know when the cheating start and potentially end, but they have absolute no clue. So a lot of the 1'40-1'50 will pass as legit runs because it is theoretically possible.
I'm pretty sure they'll give up on this challenge idea, if not soon at least on the expansion.
True but then some complete fool thought to themself let's give exclusive rewards tied to cheater board performance. Now they will be embarrassed enough to at least do some bans. But this was very predictable. Capcom has no idea how to do anything online competitive outside street fighter.
If they dont change this FOMO nonsense Arena will die quicker than it did in World.
As a matter of fact it should have stayed dead because it’s easily the weakest Part of the whole franchise.
Trying to Resurrect it with These stupid rewards is just the cherry on top.
