Help - Mission Stuck: Spirit in the Moonlight

So my PC crashed when doing this mission and now I can't redo it. It doesn't show in the assignments so I can restart the quest. Is there anyway to fix this?

Do you have any fishing quest ? That can lock you out of the moonlight quest until your do the fishing quest (it's a bit annoying but it's because it's the same character).
Although it's weird if you already activated it.
Did you check optional quest too ? Most quest show up there.
Also you can see if there is anything on the forest map with select then X (or any other buttons combinaison that allow you to look at environment quests).
