The first.
Paralysis is overrated / already covered - if I want paralysis I bringt it myself.
Increase attack up stacks with my own buffs, and shaprness is good for long fights like Zoh Shia. On normal hunts sharpness is not needed - there too I usually have builds already which take the time in which the sharpness degrades into account.
But if you do in lobby parties where you talk with people, then one could replace their sharpness decoration with extra attack etc.
Stamina usage reduction is irrelant - that too is managed via buff and armour, and defense up is straight worthless. That gets only used when one gets actually hit.
Do not forget about the echo bubbles - attack & affinity up are king.
If you want to give some defense which people do not have, I recommend grabbing a horn with Divine Blessing instead. Anti-ailment is nice too, depending on the enemy.
you could even bring both, just put both of them on the set as main and secondary
Stamina is great for bow and dual blades - but everyone is bringing that already in form of armour and Dash Juice. The extra from the song hardly gives anything, especially when you are already on bow / dual blades armour.
I still stand by what I said, not everyone will be bringing these things or have 'correct' builds
