Another thing is, highly recommend not turning on “high resolution texture pack” keep that disable and keep the GPU at “high” textures besides that, max it out. Play at 4k and the performance is gonna be the same regardless of what resolution.
250fps in what the loading screen? The numbers are still great without lying 160-170fps 1440p on max settings fsr 4 quality on my 9070xt 9800x3d but 250fps stable is just a flat lie

Nah loading screens/main menus all over the map 200-370fps ish, I didnt framerate cap anything. Im more than likely misusing the term stable compared to how most see it. Stable to me is loaded up, and dorking around in camps or taking my time wandering through the zones. Actually admiring the armor sets and map ect. Middle of big fights like Arkveld or Zoh its around the 170-200 mark depending how much craps exploding on screen lol i did manage to make it hit 160 in town after cranking the DPI on my mouse and just spinning in circles like a spaz so theres that i guess.
HIGH settings use more VRAM because higher quality textures, LOW and MEDIUM using less quality textures and that way also LESS VRAM. In overall: the higher quality textures= higher VRAM usage
I'm not sure what that has to do with my comment, but yeah, I agree. Higher quality textures do normally utilize more VRAM.
