Cannot re-start Mizutsune's quest after crashing while fighting Mizutsune for initial quest

I started the quest for Mizutsune a few days ago. While fighting her, the game crashed (right in capture range too). Whatever.

I re-attempted the quest from the fisher lady again. No Mizutsune intro cutscene this time; just straight to the hunt. The second I begin fighting Mizutsune, crash number 2.

Now when I boot up my game it says to talk to Alma to re-start the hunt. There is no hunt shown in either the optional hunt list or main story hunts. Talking to the fisher lady doesn't start the cut scene again, theres no one else to talk to on the map, Mizutsune is shown in my journal but with no info. I cannot search the quest hunt in an SoS or do an investigation my friend posts. I'm effectively "locked out" of Mizutsune.

I guess my question is what can I do? Should I just wait for a patch or can I put in a ticket or something? Any potential solutions I can do on my end?

I have the exact same problem. Not finding any info on this. After attempting the fight multiple times it seems you lose the launch from the fisher lady, but you cannot see the quest at Alma...
