How much damage does it actually do with and without Blight? I'm too lazy to check myself.
Veterans and good players complain about the game being too easy.
Beginners and bad players complain about things being too hard.
I think it's simple to understand what and why it is happening. The only nuance here is that the first group is objectively correct when comparing the game to older entries (just like we were correct when saying the exact same thing about World), and the second group is... well just bad at the game I guess. Which is nothing new, I don't remember a time when we DID NOT have bad players complaining about games being too difficult for them.
Getting hit by things with Gunlance is harder than not getting hit now. With how many ways you have to block things and getting random guard points scattered through your best combo that you want to spam as much as possible, getting hit AT ALL with a Gunlance is kind of cringe
Can't believe I'm saying this, but GL might legitimately be the easiest weapon in Wilds. A Gunlance. The easiest weapon. What a world we live in.
You won't be having a good time.
At some point it wont be very hard.
It is an RPG, you can get stronger if you have great gear.
