Never did, never will.
I see the synergy that a replay backend could have for other features in the game besides arenas.
Capcom has gone on record saying that some of the stuff that we got now in Wilds had roots in their experimentation with World.
Wilds could also be the experimentation bed for future features (besides the new ones we already got).
I'm not asking this feature for Wilds necessarely (despite the last paragraph kinda pointing in that direction), but is something that Capcom should, depending on user feedback, consider investing into.
