Depends. Are you trying to play it raw or with all the crutch tech (DLSS/Framegen/etc) enabled?
No to the first, yes to the latter though your game will look like a blurry, ugly mess.

It's completely fine, I wouldn't upgrade until the game launches if you even have to.

5600X here, was perfectly fine during Open Beta 1.

2060 Super may hold you back more than the processor, but you'll hopefully get 1080p medium gameplay.

It ran OK for me on a regular 5600. Entirely playable. With the actual release of the game supposedly optimizing to a great degree plus new graphics drivers it shouldn't be as bad.
