Your system is not stable enough to compile shaders. Either try the bandaid solution of lowering performance enough to get through compilation or figure out why you are unstable.
Yes already verify the files already also and it still doing it o.o
Did your game ran before? Try deleting the pre compiles cache file, under the root of your game folder, it might be corrupted.

I dont get it though I ran the beta version of game just fine o.o How do the lower performance if cant get into the game to begin with <.<

Delete shader.cache2 file in the install directory (right click the game in steam library > manage > browse local files)

Try compile again. If still crashing then you need to lower CPU performance by something like 50% temporarily to get through compile, once you finished you can raise back to 100%. Try Windows power options to do this.

Yes you have the right folder, it's called shader.cache2 if you have file extensions hidden it will be just 'shader'. If you want to see file extensions in File explorer click view > check the tickbox to show file extensions.

Do you know how to set processor maximum power state? Try to find a guide for it.

Try search on windows for Edit power plan in control panel > Change advanced power settings > Processor power management > Maximum processor state> set to 50%

Try compile, once finished and you're in main menu go back to that setting and change back to 100%

Just FYI if you have problems compiling shaders in one game, you can expect it to happen in other modern ones too, especially Unreal Engine 5 games that come out soon.

I think i am just going ask for a refund because if this how the game is with out even trying it why bother o.O They have a two hour limit thing and odds are it will take me at least that long for shaders too compile so yeah any ways thank you for your help <.< Its not my PC I can run TFD and Oblivion remastered Ultra settings pretty find among other games like CP 2077 >.>

If you're running out of time then yes best to refund. It's just a fair warning about the shaders, you can google both TFD and Oblivion and see people also crashing on shader compile.

Stellar Blade is UE4 though so probably won't have that issue.

It will refund to Steam Wallet. You really should get the email sorted, if you get locked out you have no way of getting back in and will need to work through Steam support.
