Why can't I build Light Certain Light Bowguns?

I have fought and killed many Rey Daus of all levels and the same with Doshagumas, however I still can't make their Light Bowguns. Is their something wrong???
I have even uninstalled the game and re-installed it.
Can someone please help with direction on how to make these weapons or what may be wrong with something on my end.
Crazy thing is that I can make most of the Light Bowguns after the first gun as materials are conscerned.

Some need a previous bowgun made from a different line. Look closely at the connecting paths.
