Crashed 4 times since I bought it 2 days ago...
I think the engine is what did this game in. Am I wrong? UE5 would have made the game run better right or no?

I'd argue it'd run slightly better on UE5. The RE-Engine is clearly not capable of handling a free roam game

State your GPU, nvidia series 5000 seem to be having a lot of trouble with drivers.

I have a 5060ti and I've been using these[developer.nvidia.com] drivers, haven't had a single crash.

4070TI. The thing is it is not as simple as a component being the issue. Especially if basically everyone is having an issue(s). Ya know? My specs should have no problem. I run Black Myth Wukong on High at 4k 60 and have been very happy. I wish this game just keep the monster hunter world graphics I was very happy with them at 4k.

I'm not a fan of RE Engine at all, was not happy to hear wilds would use it, my only problem so far is optimization not crashing thank god, but world did run like butt on release too

Which drivers exactly? and will it effect other games?

The ones whose download link appears under "Windows 573.23". I'm using 573.11, but I guess it'll be the same.

It's a driver so yes, it will affect other games. No, i don't know if it causes problems because I've only been playing Wilds since I installed them, I can only confirm Wilds hasn't crashed a single time since I installed them.

ok ok Ill hold off cause imma try and play Doom and Oblivion but I appreciate it. Ive tried everything and MH is the only game not to work with my 5070Ti
ppl always blaming the game before they check their ♥♥♥♥♥♥ nvidia drivers
if u dont know how to manage your pc drivers, just buy a console get rid on PC knowledge

although MHW is not doing really well on optimization, its still doing very great on stability.
never had a single crash on my 9070XT and 3070ti PC
i have a 4060 TI and never had a crash till yesterday.. driver update and i was crashing within a minute of loading the game... rolled back and it fixed it completely. if you updated yesterday or maybe day before, try to rollback and see if it helps.

So it's completely acceptable to have to roll back your Nvidia drivers to older versions in order to run a game, and still face crashes? Why defend a title for their incredibly poor execution of a huge title? Nobody should have to completely modify their computer, roll back drivers, disable security features, undervolt components in order to play a title like this, literally no other game out there is requiring this.
