Cheaters are rampant in this game already and it's an issue

So I am sure you guys saw it or experienced it but there is more and more cheaters in this game.

I am on ps5 and was playing crossplay but never again and you know why ? Because some cheaters using mods from nexus mods or just trainers made it so not only do they kill tempered monsters in 2 minutes but also you get 10x the rewards... I managed to quit my game instantly so no autosave but basically be careful with who you play now because you might end up with 244 of each materials AND decorations at the end of a hunt...

So for all the people saying mods can't interfere here is your proof...

For others who want to play legit like me be careful and if it happens to you screenshot the name of the players with you and contact support or you might be caught in the cheat too and end up being banned or like they used to do your save corrupted...

And for those of who who cheat in online therefore corrupting other people's progress I really hope you get banned

Edit : For all those defending cheaters saying "you can play offline, solo, in clan, private whatever... NO it's not us legitimate players that should be punished and afraid of playing with other people because some people decided to cheat and ruin it for others. Sure you might play hundreds of hours and never encounter a cheater but then you only need ONE cheater and it's over... ALSO PRETTY IMPORTANT TO KNOW, authors of cheats or cheating mods say THEMSELVES to not use those cheats or cheats mod online yet several of you here tell legit players to go offline... If you use cheats or modded cheats ONLINE despite the AUTHOR saying it has to be used OFFLINE then YOU are in the wrong not legit players...

BY THE WAY there is some mods on nexus mod that completly are illegal because they steal from CAPCOM by making normally paid content free... So if you guys still think modding such as this is not wrong I would love to see you debate about it in court

What I am doing being a neutral ground cause you can litterally prevent this yourself by simply not joining a quest that one person posted.

previous monhun games also had free character and palico ticket mods, you know what Capcom did about them? Nothing.
Because for ever 9 players that install the mod for free hunter changes there's you, the one corpo simp who will fork out a few dollars for the privilege of merely ~accessing~ the character data that is ~stored on their own system~
And if they can get one out of ten playerS to be chumps then it was worth it.

I have no respect for those that cheat, either by mod or otherwise. But I have nothing against mods themselves (tho only skip pouch replacement prompt and monster weakness icons atm). Mods are great. Performance mods, reshades, cosmetic mods, QoL mods. Cheat mods, not so much.

Lol ok first, your first link is from cheat engine proving my point... And second be it the nexus mod or cheat engine website none of them grant you free vouchers they bypass the DLC yes but they don't grant you voucher for free like the mod I described...

Exactly ! Thank you for being one of the few person with sense here... Mods are great but not so much when they are about cheating online... Hell I don't care that most people are using NSFW mods for this game even if I find that weird to be honest because I don't see it I don't care and it doesn't impact me but those who uses mod that completly impact other players I care...

One of the features of the cheat engine for MHRise is free vouchers, you can completely ignore the rest of the features and use that alone. The MHW nexus mod is a character editor. But by all means keep playing childish semantics.

Funny how you say "I admit" despite the fact I never once since the begining stated that ALL mods were bad. I always made sure to specifically say "cheating mods" are bad if used online...

Also I don't know where you saw that I "admited there wasn't that many of them" since I legit said there is so much of them on nexus and even other sources... One trainer has 53 option and this since 2 days after release in which you can cheat so hard with absolutly everything.... Several other mods on nexus legit do the same but hiding as "mods"...

You are all twisting words and hyprocrite people. You say that whoever disagree with me or people who have my opinion are doing witch hunting etc but in reality you guys are the one doing witch hunting... As soon as someone has the AUDACITY to complain about cheaters there is always cheaters or people considering cheating getting bum hurt jumping in the thread to insult or harass anyone daring to call out cheaters...

This thread wasn't that deep yet you guys transformed it in a war zone with all your lies about how modding is different than cheating... hell one of you was so low IQ that he went on to describe to me exactly what cheating was while trying to tell me it wasn't cheating but modding... I mean hell he said "cheating is playing the game the unintended way with cheats but modding is the intended way for modders..." bro what ? Comon most of you don't even know what you are talking about... As long as you play the unintended way on a game be it by glitches exploit, cheats or modification of the game it is cheating it's not for nothing it's in the Conditions of use...

So wait... Are you FOR Cheating and Modding or AGAINST Cheating and Modding? Cause if you are AGAINST, then you should be agreeing with him, and demanding Mod Authors code their mods to kick people to offline mode when turned on.

The fact you not only don't want to do that, but DEFEND the Mod Authors and WANT people to go install their mods....

"Lose" the word is "lose".

"Loose" means "not tight".

And what downloads are you talking about? A person who can create a mod should be capable to also make the person using the mod to go offline.

And the last sentence described you perfectly.

Not everyone is going to follow the rules, otherwise, there would be no need for them in the first place
