I think HR is bugged.My rank is not increasing after 40.ive finished world upside down and still my rank is stucked at 40.Even after killing so many monsters how can my rank be still at 40?

You get another HR unlock after you have witness Nata graduating and showing bipolar symptom.

So I'm not sure if the bug still exists after a couple of patches now but the solution to the HR getting stuck at 40 was to join someone's SOS hunt (make sure it's one of the main story missions) and complete it with them, give that a try perhaps.

Ohh I've been joining SOS flares alot but idk abt this bug.Thanks for information.Will try with Main missions

No joking, you will get it unlock after you beat all of the boss from story and finish Dr.wily.
My friend jump from 40 -> 54 because he have to help hunting for newbie in our squad along the way.

From my understanding the bug for chapter 5-1 not advancing is solved by joining any other player's world though SOS or plain squad/link hunting if friends are online, even if it's not an assignment. Of course that only applies if you have finished all other available red missions and have the required HR.

Oh, I forget. If you stuck at after talk to Olivia at the Oil basin map, you need to go hunt the missing monster to unlock the story. Get in the field and search for it. Check the map for an ??? monster icon. Joining other who finished the prerequisite will skip it.
