Guys who play as female characters, why?

Not a clue, especially since up until Wilds, and sorta Rise, I despised the female armor sets in MH.

Since wilds introduced the ability to select the body type for the armor you craft, I've put my lass in body type 1 armor, and my friends have put their dude-bros in maid outfits. Honestly, makes hunting very hard, because I'm too busy snickering.

The answer is simple in most cases.
I’m gay so I made my character a good looking guy. They are straight so they made their characters good looking women.

I'm alternating between Male and Female characters every game BUT creating a female character in Wilds is in my humble opinion better.

Female characters can rock both genders armor variants and still look good. On the other hand, a male character wearing high heels with stockings (ex: Lala Barina's Greaves) won't look visually appealing.
