Why are you using Nnvidia profile inspector?
The too, DLSS Swapper, does not affect online gaming - not in this game, but in others.
DLSS 4.0 =/= 3.10 though.
After testing the the stuff I deem the DLSS Swapper more safe and easy to use.
But then again, it should not matter. In this game you cannot get kicked because of that, as there is no check for it.
But mayhaps I would recommend using REFramework alongside that. Just to be on the safe side.

Was trying to follow this guide in reddit that said something about using nvidia profile inspector to use the updated dlss versions. But I also saw someone mention dlss swapper as an easier alternative so I used that instead.

It is a bit weird tho as i got the s9041-tad-w72t error after swapping the dlss. But thanks!
After swapping I've been getting this s9041-tad-w72t error even though my net is working fine. I'm glad to see it works fine for others though maybe it's just an issue with my ISP or has something to do with my region
The good news is: that network issue is unrelated to the DLSS swapping. It is suspected due to Steam server maintenance.
s9041-tad-w72t is apparently a connection error, which may be related to IP6 connection, if you check your connection. One solution can be checking TCP/IPv4 instead of IPv6.
That has been tried for that specific connection issue. I expect it just takes a whole for everyone to have updated their game, because it can still happen players who have not updated their game have still their lobby open, leading to version incompatiblity.
One reason why someone would keep their game ununpdated is the patched exploit.
