Monster Hunter Wilds

Mechanical suggestions for the Wilds Expansion.
It's my hope that we can use this thread to give constructive feedback and give ideas on how we the players would like to see changes in the upcoming expansion for Wilds.

First of all, I'd like to express my gratitude to Capcom for releasing a game I've been enjoying a lot. Bumps in the road aside, it's a technical marvel, and theres heaps of good diversion here.

One change I'd personally like to see is monsters attack tracking and speed to be improved (upped) for certain attacks. Here's an example: In World, the Odoragon would do a darting move that tracks you to a bit of an unfair degree. You have to dodge it in world, but in Wilds, you just step to the side or don't bother and it misses you. I think that if certain monster attacks were difficult to dodge like this (they really zeroed in on you), the entire experience would be a lot more fun, it would give more credibility to the monsters gravitas, and it would address a lot of complaints about difficulty, in one fell swoop. I realise that it's may be a complicated change to implement - during such an attack, the monster may have to ignore all player interactions (and maybe wound interactions, status effects etc), but this is my two cents, and something I'd like to see in the expansion.
