I think I'm done with this series now.

MH: Wilds/6th gen will be my last MH purchase until they change their philosophy and include an entire rank worth of content for veterans, like it used to be.

I'm just so tired. It's the same deal every time. I was so disappointed with Iceborne and Sunbreak when all was said and done and now this one is really crossing the line.

Just done with this franchise. It's gotten boring.

I hope the casual tourists stop buying these games too so they get forced to go back to focusing on us.

If we see any positive change it'll be like at least a decade or more though, so I'm not holding my breath.

Amazing games that require a lot of positioning and strategy. Monsters can brush next to you and do chip damage even. You need to know what you are doing.

Jin dahaad is alright in Wilds I will say but the overall system is way easier.

I still play the older titles so ive got a pretty good feel for how their difficulty compares. The only major differences are QoL and different Jank. Arkveld has some of the old gen jank, His damned tail poke hitting me from IN FRONT of him.

I would say to wait it out and see how the title updates and inevitable expansion turn out but if you didn't like Iceborne or Sunbreak then I doubt you will like what Capcom is cooking up.

World marked a change in the series and Rise transformed the series from Hunter to Fighter. Wilds doesn't seem to do anything to change that.

The ones who refuse to acknowledge they get better, like you, are a major problem with this series as a whole. I still remember the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ "Greatsword charge makes the game to easy now!" or the "OMFG felyne companions break the game!"
Low rank is easier, but high rank has stayed about the same though out the entire series. I also reran though MHFU and MHP3RD last year, so ive got a pretty decent feel for it right now.
