I would rather fight 3 gore magalas with no armor and 1 cart than keep doing this ♥♥♥♥ it's driving me ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ NUTS.
Even with the miraculous bite, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ goes behind an obstacle and cuts my line.
This quest is by far the greatest challenge in the game.

Don't think I had a single one snap my line. When hooked push the direction the fish is swimming, if it jumps it will either go straight up or move to either side push in the direction he is jumping and hit reel. When it's tired reel in.

Ok so i caught one, turns out complaining online has a magic effect that gives you what you want.
Things i've learned : when the bastard goes for a rock, push in the other direction, the line won't snap (i must've missed that part of the tutorial), also avoid the feeding frenzy event, it boosts spawns but also gives you ♥♥♥♥ visibility, making it harder to track the fish.

Open the map in the forest and go between 13 and 10, where the river makes a "Y". There's a lone blue shroom on a ledge above where the water meets and in the water you can find trevallys, bait em close to the edge so you only need one reel and you're done. GL hunters

skill issue prob... I hav a hard time catching it the very first 5... but there is a trick to catching them so the next 25 its getting easier and easier... and I'm not talking about how to reel them when it bit your bait, I've figured that out in the first catch
