Slow rendering textures since 11/03 patch

Hi everyone,
Am i the only one who have veeeeery slow rendering textures since the last update ? Like play dough texture taking up to 10 second to load normally...
I didnt have the problem before and have a solid build (GTX 4070, Ryzen 7 5800X3D, 32Go RAM, SSD, ...)

1) verify gamefiles
2) delete *.cache files inside the game directory
3) rebuild the shaders
4)... should be better.

Got this 2 times after a patch, but with the rebuild shaders it went to normal.
