Are there Attack Charm and Attack Talon?
Topic. I can't seem to find the combination that makes it, nor the item.

You get them from NPC side quests.

Only base charms no crafted upgrades

You get base versions from two arena quests in the Wouldned Hollow. You can't upgrade them as of yet.
