Use tip #16 here and try again - reset the game if you used mods, like e.g. REFramework

If the issue persists, share a DxDiag report
Pray that it is no savegame corruption - if you follow up the How to Backup your savegame section and the savegame crash troubleshooting part, you can check that too.
You say high settings, is it 8 gb vram or 16 card? Because menu in game won't give you real number (need GPU z like program or overlay like msi afterburner). Try to turn down everything to low. (also if you somehow downloaded and use 4k texture pack dlc remove it).
usual "is it plugged in ?" check - verify game files on steam. Do you have some disk space free ?
In the game's folder, delete shader.cache and shader.cache2 first and foremost, boot game, let the game recompile shaders, try that.
Windows 11 24h2 messed about with some GPU related stuff - Driver manufacturers are playing catch up right now, so make sure to keep your gpu drivers up to date always.
Also, this might seem innocuous, but update your chipset drivers, this should be in the drivers for your motherboard.
In your bios, find the "Resizable BAR" setting, or "ReBAR", turn this on if it is not.
Lots of people report installing REFramework help them a lot - like, just installing it. It did nothing for me but *shrugs*.
These are general tips that help the game in many ways, would be nice to have crash dump to parse the problem. ;p
(Check your crash reports in the main install folder, its at the bottom of the Crashreport.txt)
You could try this;
Download ISLC;
Google ISLC and it should be first link from Wagnardsoft (Version 1.0.3.4 as of typing)
Once its open, Check your "Total System Memory" in the box labeled "Free memory is lower than:" Take your total and half it and put that in the Free memory.
Dont forget to hit "Start" so that the program actually runs also
This a long with a fresh installation(I preloaded the game)let me play the game for 4h without a single crash yesterday. Ive also seen people post similar promising results.
This person has better gpu than mine but instant crash. These download x and do this makes no sense as suggestion, if OP won't try to launch game with graphics turned down (and i guess in single player lobby).
Also doing clean install makes no sense, you can maximum delete shader file for game to recompile shaders, it will be same as fresh install.
edit:
that just sounds to me like you've given up on the problem rather than trying fixing it. i very rarely think crashing often in games is the game's fault, cause after enough searching i always find my own solutions, but youre free to think otherwise
