Zoh shia should be replayable
Super fun boss fight, 3 different modes, giving me dark souls boss hype and i can only play it once per story? Lame.

has mon hunt ever have dual elements? i very vaguely rmb world had a dual blade that is fire and ice i dun rmb how it works
There's been element + status split DBs before, world had a kushala/teo db for ice/blast and think rise had a rathian/rathalos for poison/fire.

this.

I think Xenojiva was the same way in World. Eventually there was a really hard version in event quests you could fight for armor. Though I think you could also sometimes just randomly fight the boss monsters in world too after a certain amount of ingame days.

I will be in the future event quest.

They also did this in previous MHs.

I am quite sure they will add a HR version of him in a future update, as well as "final boss" for HR.

While I didn't care too much for the fight, I want his weapons and armor. Though the question is, will his weapons be fire or dragon elemental.... or both?

I believe Kushala's DB was dual elemental? I don't remember how it worked exactly either, but my guess is split damage, so probably not as good as single elemental unless weak to both?

Someone who knows better than me can probably explain it better. I'm likely wrong on how it works.
Dual Blades are the only weapon that can have dual elements (or element+status) and it works with 1 blade dealing one element and the other blade dealing the other element/status.

it's pretty odd, feel the same way about guardian arkveld. i would imagine that we'll eventually get event quests that let you refight them, or they could show up in the title updates possibly. i just hope that whatever the case zoh shia finally gets some unique gear, they found a way to give guardian arkveld unique armor despite only being able to hunt it once, they totally could have made zoh shia armor work.
yeah thats the other thing i had a gripe about, this big bad boss doesn't have his own armor? Thats lamee as hell

Wait for TUs, probably his weapons and armor werent finished for release, Only 2 weapons were found in the OBT1, GS and SA, this game had some developing problems, keep in mind Seregios and Lagiacrus got delayed due to Jin Bugdaad being broken. You can see now aswell, when he change zone and keep walking in the wall.

I mean, hopefully in a title update they give us tempered Zs with some armor yeah. That would be nice.
[Asgard] Thor 11 de mar. às 11:31
I have a feeling it'll return as a major threat with it's own armor set in a future update
Capybarasan 11 de mar. às 11:31
100% Zoh Shia will come back at some point soon. Don't worry. They didn't make a monster like that only to have you fight it once ;)

Look, i don't think the game is "unfinished" but objectively does NOT have the same amount of content as worlds did at launch, and i'm not talking JUST about the number of monsters.
World at launch had 1 more large monster and nothing was worth farming except Xeno'Jiva and Nergigante as every other weapon/armor was worthless in comparison. The only thing World has over Wilds in terms of "things to do" were the Zorah Magdaros special missions that everyone hated because it meant it wasn't a Xeno'Jiva special mission.

Archtempered wasn't a thing, so we had two priority targets (just like Wilds), 4 sub-target Elder Dragons (like the Apex Monsters in Wilds), and then we had Zorah Magdaros.... Did I miss anything?
Everyone was hyping this game up as the best monster hunter game, and as I would expect it should have a lot more content than the previous versions, especially for $70

Keep in mind, the PC version of world launched with 6 title updates that it had gotten already on consoles. It was actually almost more barren on Ps4 when it came out. Rise was even worse and didn't even have high rank for almost 3 weeks on switch. The PC playerbase has a very very skewed outlook on the launches of these two titles lol.

Everyone? Nah, pretty much newcomers and casual players. Everyone coming from GU and before know how it works, play tutorial (base game) wait for ATs (actual challenge) wait 2 years for G rank (real game). Base game is good tho, everyone is crying there is nothing to do, everyone has every elemental artian bis rolled already? damn i have only 3 seed manipulating in 110 hours, can't wait for crybabies posts on April Arch tempered :steamfacepalm:
