How can you tell they are modded? Also i'm pretty sure visual mods do not effect other players unless the also have the mod on.

those arent mods you're describing, those are literal cheats. Mods aren't supposed to affect other players games.

Those aren't mods your describing those are cheats and the vast majority of cheaters use game trainers because those are far more convenient and easier to use.

Also blame Capcom for not using a anti-cheat.

If Capcom really cared they would have done what Elden Ring did make mods offline only.
