why does BOTH minimum AND recommended system requierements have FRAME GEN to even hit 60fps on modern GPU's? it's not even funny at this point+.

Idk. Just see if it runs well with it off anyway. I get by fine without it on a 3070. If performance sucks just refund. You're valid, it exists and runs better on consoles, get it there if you can and own one. Not everyone will have the same pc experience because there's way too many factors, etc.

"runs better on consoles" that's because devs had to remove features and some graphical stuff to make the game run at 30fps stables and PC gets the original full game.

"it runs well turned off" objectively false, benchmarks are already here and the native performance was mediocre at best.

it's not hilarious since capcom will keep telling devs to do the bare minimum knowing that people will use DLSS on their poorly optimized games with bunch of unnecesary graphical stuff that only looks good if you take a screenshot in a very specific way.

Idk, Works for me, 70-90fps after last patch. I cap it at 60 because my monitor is ♥♥♥♥ and doesn't need all of those. But I'm also only running 1080p/ medium high ish settings. But everyones setup is a bit different so.. meh? Believe whatever the ♥♥♥♥ you want to believe? I see what I am literally seeing in front of my face for almost 100h of playing.

Also my room gets too hot if I turn it up higher and use that 30 fps of overhead I have.

My rig runs this perfectly on Ultra no FG 113fps.
4060ti, i7 11700kf, 32gb

I also updated all my drivers, my bios, everything I could. I even took my entire PC apart and cleaned it, even added new thermal paste to my CPU.
I do this every 6 months or so, I think its recommended once a year tho.

Do any of you do this? or do you just let dust build up and never update your drivers? Idk how yall having issues tbh otherwise.
